Dwan in lockdown as South Australia enforces more restrictions

It has been a huge afternoon for the Suncorp Super Netball as the South Australian government has announced a snap lockdown from midnight tonight due to continued concerns over the Delta variant.

From midnight tonight, South Australians will enter Level Four restrictions including the closure of gyms, indoor fitness and no community or contact sport.

The restrictions will be in place until Friday and will be reviewed each day.

This poses the question big question: Will the Super Netball season continue and will it it be in South Australia?

Under Queensland Health directives she will be in quarantine for two weeks and potentially be out for the rest of the 2021 season.

Training Partner, Mia Stower, has been brought into the team but the Firebirds will be missing the confidence and accuracy of this young shooter.
